Alfredo Sauce

Butter or margarine Garlic — 3 large cloves minced Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat). 1 pkg. Milk (l use skim — but any kind of milk will work) 1/2 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese Melt butter and add garlic. Cook on low until garlic becomes aromatic. Don't let it brown or it will turn bitter. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add about 1/3 cup of milk (just enough to thin it out a little if it's still too thick, add more) and parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce begins to boil.
