Ingredients: 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries 1-2 cups milk (we like chocolate almond milk, but you can use any type of milk you prefer, add a little less milk for a thicker smoothie, a little more for a thinner consistency.) 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter 1 handful of fresh spinach (okay, this is optional, but trust us - you won't taste a thing!) Instructions: Add all ingredients to blender and blend. Pour and drink. (we told you this was simple.) Makes 1 serving. Smoothie Secret: When your bananas start to go bad, peel them and put them in a freezer bag; freeze overnight (or longer); add to blender. They won't water down your drink like ice can and they'll make your smoothie thick, creamy, and milkshake-y!
