2 1/2 c flour 1 c brown sugar 3/4 c sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ginger 1 tbsp + 1 tsp cinnamon 3/4 c oil a lb apples - granny - peel, core, chop 1 cup milk (buttermilk?) 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg mix 1st 7 ingred. + 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon add oil put 3/4 cup mixture to smaller bowl and stir in rest of cinnamon set aside for topping add remaining ingredients to mixture that's left - stir pour into greased pan - PAM top with topping bake 1 hr 25 min at 325°
