1 lb. sausage 1 can crescent rolls 1 & 3/4 hash browns (1/2 bag of the refrigerated shredded kind) 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs 1/4 C. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 T. Parmesan cheese Brown sausage, drain and set aside. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Cover the bottom with uncooked crescent rolls. Sprinkle sausage then hash browns over crescent rolls. Top with cheddar cheese. Beat egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture evenly over cheese. Tilt pan back and forth until egg mixture is evenly distributed throughout casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 approximately 45 minutes.
